SIS WILLIAM GOSCHEN

(BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS aSSOCIATXON.> Received May 21, 11.30 a.m.. LONDON, May 20. Sir William Goschen is dead.—Sydney Sun Cable. . The late Sir William Gosehen had fifty years' experience in the diplomatic service and wag transferred from Berlin to Vienna in 1908. He was treated with extreme discourtesy by the Kaiser and the German populace on the declaration of war. He received a baronetcy in 1916, and was appointed gentleman usher to the Sword of State on Peace Day, 1919.
