BERLIN. May 7.
Herr Hergt, leader of the German "National Party, interviewed, stated that it was impossible to expect concessions from Germany to the extent desired so long as the main political principles upon which the existence- of Germany depended were not made clear. He declared : "We 'shall never impose still heavier burdens upon the German people until tlie point of honour has been satisfactorily settled.'' —Reuter.
