HEARING OF OTHER CHARGES

PALMERSTON N., May 7

I The second of the cream tests cases was commenced this morning at the Supreme Court, when Henry Simpson and Alfred Wright were charged with having, during October last, conspired to defraud the Cheltenham Dairy Co. of £28 by furnishing false cream tests to the company. The accused pleaded not guilty. The case was .similar to that heard yesterday, when Simpson and a supplier named Thomasen were acquitted on a like charge.
