DEFROCKING TIKHON

A world-wide conclave of the Greek Church will be called at Moscow in 1925. It \iill be the first since 325 A.D., and is for the purpose of defrocking Tikhon, who continues at the bead of the Church despite the abolition of the patriarchate.
The newspaper Sv«tmaya <^caies that Tikhon made a secret pact with the Vatican for the union of the Greek and Roman Churches, hoping to save the Russian Church from destruction.
