Received Jan 3. 12.40 p.m. MELBOURNE, Jan. 3. The Commonwealth customs revenue ~for the six months ended December 31 "was a record, the total being £17,760----000, which is £1,311.000 above the previous corresj'onidng half-year and near ly £3,000,000 above the estimate. The postal revenue was £4,911,000, an increase of £84,000.—Au5.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
