BY CABLI—PEESS ASSOCIATION-COPYEIGHT

Received Jan. 3, 9.40 a.m

LONDON, Jan. 2. Arthur Alfred and George Ducross announce that they have made no proposal for a settlement with Dunloos. They explain that they became dissatisfied with the board's attitude towards themselves and others after the circulation of the inspector's report, and, accordingly, on November 1, they issued writs against th© company to afford the company an opportunity to defend the actions, and also to lodge any complaint it considers it has against them.—Sydney Sun Cables.
