LONDON, Jan. 1. Mr John Finnerty, representing the American council of the Irish Republic, has arrived at Dublin to direct a fight for £500,000 in party funds subscribed in America, to which both the Free State and De Valera are laying claim. The American Consul at Dublin has been commissioned to examine De Valera, Slack and Darton. The last named has been released, but the other two are still interned.
