. 4 WARM AND HUMID CONDITIONS. The Government Meteorologist telegraphed to-day: The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but northerly to strong prevailing and freshening. Expect warm and humid conditions, with increasing haze and cloudiness for change. Barometer falling after about 24 hours. Seas moderate; tides poor.
