BI CABLI-PBEfeS ASSOCIATIOK—CO?TIIIGEI OTTAWA, Dec. 28. It is announced that during his stay here, Mr W. F. Massey will discuss with Mr L. Mackenzie King and members of the Canadian Government Canadian and New Zealand trade relations and the possibility of improving the mail service between the countries.
> Mr Mbssey was the guest of honour at a banquet to-night attended by Mr King and leading Canadian politicians. Lord Byng (the Governor-General) also entertained Mr Massey.
