FRENCH TO SET UP BANK IN RHINELAND.
PARIS, Nov. 8. The occupatioa authorities have decided unon the creation of a bank of issue in the Rhineland, the capital for which is being subscribed by German, Dutch, British, Belgian and French financiers (says .1/Eclair).
