The Board of Control adopted the report of the sub-committee, which was unable to recommend a test match at Brisbane, because the wicket would not last for the four or five days usually occupied in test cricket. The Board granted permission to New South Wales to send a team to New Zealand in February. The Match Board is submitting a tentative itinerary to the Marylebone Club for its approval or modification.
