(Received Oct. IS, 12.10 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 17. Carr has returned after a most sueeessful tour on the Continent. He ran in Copenhagen, Prague, and Berlin, and made other tours in Czecho-Slovakia, Tienna and Budapest. He won thirteen fiuanls on the Continent, and for the whole tour, oxit of fifty races he has iiniahed first in thirty-one finals out of thirty-two starts. Carr intends waiting here to take part in the 1924 Olympiad. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
