I HELSINGFORS. Aug. 25. I Mr. Baldwin, . leader' of the British trade mission to Russia, interviewed, said that through the courtesy of the Government all information desired was given. The Soviet discussed Britain's suggestions thoroughly, and'as a result of the visit, he was hopeful of doing trade. The Soviet was prepared to allow the resumption of the possession of factories, providing the principle of sharing profits was recognised.
