At the Supreme Court, pn a change of manslaughter against John Leonard Lambert Sm^tth, arising from the death of ' a boy named Maurice Jbison, who was knocked clow^ by defendant's motor ear on May 9, the jury found a, verdict- of _ noi> guilty, and asked his Honor to impress qji defendant the necessity of beii^g more careful. His Honor said that this was impressed on his mind, by the proceedings.
