JptTBLIC Notice is hereby given that, . in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 120 and 121 of "The Counties' Act, 1920," and by Sections 4S to 55 of " The Rating Act, 1908," and amendments thereto, it is the intention of the Hawera County Council, at a special meeting to be held at the County Chambers, Princes Street, Hawera, on SATURDAY, the 28th day of JULY, 1923, to make and levy General Rates upon the Capital Value of all rateable properties within the respective Ridings of the said County as follows— HAWERA RIDING, Ijd in the £; ARABATA RIDING, l^d in the £; MOKOIA RIDING, U& in the £.
