ceived to-day the following communique from Sofia.: The Stamboulisky Cabinet is otherthrown and a new Cabinet has been formed by Professor Zancoff, consisting of representatives of all opposition parties, including the So- ■ nialiftt'S, but not the Communists. The change* to<± ;^«* without disturbance i and perfect order prev£l.* throughout the country. The formation C, Q new Ministry provoked much enthusiasm. It has assumed office "with the object of internal pacification of the country, which has been exposed for a | long time, causing constant anxiety. The former Government's anti-constitu-tional policy is thus condemned by the whole public opinion. The realisation of a. lawful regime with constitutional liberties will be the new Government's first aim with the nation's unanimous support. The new Government foreign policy is inspired by the firm specific iesolve of all classes, and will tend toward uplifting Bulgaria to a good name before the world through a steady and loyal attitude towards all. The Government will continue the obsen-ance of the peace treaties and i]\e> establishment of still more friendly relations with the neighbouring Balkan States. The Morning Post's Belgrade correspondent says that the revolution wv-, carried out at three o'clock on Saturday morning and was led by General Li'yaroff, president of the League of Reserve Officers, supported by active officers and garrisons.. The revolutionaries entered Sofia and killed the prefect and occupied the public buildings one after another. Reports state that the Bulgarian revolution was carried out without Macedonian assistance, solely by an; army of bourgeoise, who overpowered the police and compelled the King 'o lismiss Cabinet. Thirty persons were killed. Great enthusiasm for the new movement swept over all classes in Sofia.—--Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. Thte Morning Post's Belgrade correspondent states that the King swore in -lie new Ministry, which includes :iadicals T Democrats, Liberals, Socialsts and neutrals. The real aim of the Ministry is to restore order and make possible the economic restoration of the •ountry. M. Zancoft' has called new •lasses to the colours and proclaimed a ;tate of siege. Military yatrols are iatrolling Sofia in armed cars. It is reported that M. Stamboulisky md been endeavouring to stir up the >easants and march on Sofia. Unco-n----irmed reports from Belgrade state that ighting has started in several parts of Bulgaria. Many were killed and rounded.
