Edwards was1 also charged that at Dunedin, on November 3. 1922, he received £166 from X It. Burgess and failed to account tor same to the company, or in an alternative, did steal a" vulcanising plant valued at £400. the property of the company. The jury returned a verdict of guilty on the first and -econd charges. He was remanded for sentence.
