Received Feb. 22, 12.20 p.m. BERLIN, Feb. 21. The Vossische Zeitxmg reports that Kuhr CommuiTJsts are joining the military organisations and a strong force rased Krupps' works.
AMSTERDAM, Feb. 21. A message from Dortmund says that a meeting at Berlin between Rhine and W-estphalian industrial magnates and representatives of financial interests urged that an attempt be made to reach an agreement with the French.
