"THE STORM."
Eletui<e-gaefs afe begsjfct<> realise the worth of the motion play T'The Storm," which will be showing at the Upera House to-nigEt for the last time Last night there was a much bigger house than the previous night and the audience was again faytfimbly i m _ pressed. The picture is a^outstandlng one and the star, House Peters plays his role with a simple directness and manly simplicity which is pleasing to watch. Virginia Valli, who takes the leading woman's part, proves herself a capable actress and with Matt Moore makes part of a unique triangular affair. The story is laid in th» north-woods of Canada, and the ragged beamy of the scenery as showu throughout the picture can only be described as wonderful. It is an attraction in itself. The music supplied by a special orchestra, which has been engaged for the showing of the picture, was much appreciated last night.
