THE WEATHER.
WARM AND HUMID. The Government Meteorologist telegraphed that the indications are for southerly winds, moderate to strong and backing by east to north. Expect ' warm and humid conditions and dull weather with much mist and fog i"n parts. The barometer has a rising tendency, but falling after about 24 hours. Seas smooth, tides low.
