(BY TELEGRAPH —PKESB ASSOCIATION » PALMERSTON N.,' Jan. 5. The North Island Boy Scouts' rally of ten days' duration concluded today. The cups won during the camp were presented last night. Auckland won the sector cup with 401 points, West Coast were second with 367£ points, and Wellington third with 294| points. The sports cup was won by West Coast with 115 points, Auckland being second with 47 points, and Wellington third with 23 points. Scout Jones, of the West Coast, was awarded a trophy for champion athlete.
