The Angora Premier, speaking in the Assembly, insisted upon full satisfaction for the entire Turkish programme as regards Thrace, the Straits, capitulation's and racial minorities. He suggested .that the United, States, shouldprovide a national home for the Ar- ! jnenians on American soil. !
