At the Addwgton market to-day there were smaller entries than usual ot both fat lambs and fat sheep, but owing to butchers-having purchases on liana values eased in both cases. Beef maintained last week's rates. Store Sheep— A big yarding, and a keen market for all classes of «ood sneep. The market was about the same as the preceding sale. Well finished beef mii-agea from 29s to 31s 6d per 1001b, medium 26s to 28s, inferior 22s 6d to 2os, rough beef 15s to 20s. Good runners made £4 7s 6d, ordinary vealers £2 5s to £d ss, small calves 4s upwards. More Cattle—A very small and nondescript entry. Three-year steers made t4 5s to £6 Is, two-year £2 10s to £3 ss, yearlings 15s to 22s 6d 3 two-year heifer's £4 6s to £4 15s, yearlings' 35s to 40s. Dairy Cattle—Fifty head were pen--1?- ,The demand was weak and sales difficult to make. Fat Pigs—A small yarding and a good demand at improved prices Light baconers made £2 15s to £3 ss, heavy £3 12s to £4 (average price per lb 5H to bd). light porkers £2 to £2 ss, heavy £2 7s 6d to £2 12s 6d (average price per lb 6H to 7d). Store Pigs—Prices generally were lower, and sales were hard to make Weaners realised 11s to 18s, slins 225, medium stores 25s to 30s.
