WANGANUI SHOW.
NOVEMBER 8 AND 9
The- Wanganui Agricultural Association's grand annual show will he held at the- Wanganui racecourse on Wednesday and Thursday, November 8 and 9 next. The schedule is a very attractive one, with valuable trophies and good prize money offering for exhibitors. There is a wide number of classes for horses, cattle, sheep, atKf pigs, and th& home industries section, which includes needlework, cooking, soldiers* exhibits", school children's work, etc. For both days of the show an attrac- " ' tive programme of ring events has been arranged, a feature being the West Coast champion hunters' • jumping competition, which, in addition to trophies, carries £40 in prize-money. ( Entries for home industries, schools, ; needlework, etc., close on October 28, while entries of all stock classes close i on November 3. i In conjunction with the show, the j Wanganui Canine Society's annual ex- . hibition will be held, for which entries also close on November 3. i Schedules, or any information, may ■ be had on application to the secretary i P.O.
