'The Daily Mail's Rome correspondent states that the Fascisti. throughout Italy are stirred to great excitement as the result of a statement of their leader, Mussolini, in Congress at Naples: "I take a solemn oath that -either the government of Italy will be given to the Fascisti or we shall seize it by force." . - v There has been a recrudescence or Fascisti activity throughout the country.—United Service.
