The Prince delivered messages wirelessly implified, advising the Tboys to do their l)est in their work and play. In a later message, which was wirelessly broadcasted to scouts throughout the world, the Prince said that as members of a big jolly brotherhood they were preparing to be useful citizens of the nation and that greater brotherlidbd^ of nations forming the British Empire.—Reuter.
