! BY CABLE—PRE3S ASSOCIATION.—COPTEIGHI ! LONDON, Oct. 7. The Irish Provincial Government's first Budget, covering the year ending March next, estimates the expenditure at £37,709,000, of which compensation for property losses amounts to £10 - 000,000, the army £7,245,000 and education £3,863,000. One hundred and fifty Irregulars, equipped with six machine guns, ambushed a small party of National troops near Cassir. They killed Captain Walsh and another, and the rest surrendered. A large force of Nationals overtook the retreating Irregulars and captured six. The unidentified bodies of three young men were found shot on the roadside at Clondalkin, near Dublin.
