UNREST IN ITALY.
ROME, Oct. 6.
Fascisti occupied all the municipal buildings in Upper Trentino from Salorno to Bolzano. Mussolini, leader of the Fascisti, declares that there are two sets of authorities in Italy, namely—the Government and the Fascisti, the latter numbering hundreds of thousands. If the Government has not dissolved Parliament hy November the Fascisti will dissolve it.
