An effort to popularise the lemon as j an article of diet is to be made by holding a "Lemon Week" in Auckland (states the Herald). The object is to bring before the public the many household uses of the fruit. Pamphlets containing 40 recipes for the use of lemons will be distributed, and cooking demonstrations of lemon, products will be given at a Queen street restaurant each day.
