A JOKE.

Sir Auckland Geddes tells the following story about a certain Royal Prince. We are left guessing as to which. The Prince was under the charge of a 'Varsity don, and was much upset to meet that gentleman at the station one day when on his way to London for a "bit of a rag." The don, of course, was not in a position to veto the Prince's going to London if he wished to do so, but he found another means of putting a spoke in his wheel. He telegraphed to London that the Prince was coming home. The result was that when the Prince's train drew into the London station a Royal motor car wag awaiting him, and he was driven to the Palace.
