Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having helcl their usual fortnightly, sale at Wanganui on "Wednesday, 4th Inst., when they offered a. good yarding of cattle and a small entry of sheep to a good attendance of buyers. At the close of the sale of stock the same company offered, on account.of "Lisinore" station, 56 station hacks, broken and unbroken; also brood mares in foal. There was goad competition for sheep and cattle, resulting in a total clearance. | The _ following is a. range of the prices realised: Fat and forward ewes 18s 6d, mixed sex hoggets 225, 4, 5, and 6-year-old bulocks £5 os, cull bullocks £3 ss, 2-year-old steers £2 17s, fat cows £4 19s,'station hacks (broken) £12 5s to £13, others £2" 5s to £3 10s, bipod mares (aged) 10s to £3 os, hacks (unbroken) yearlings 25s to £3 ss, 2-year-olds £2 to £5, 3-year-olds £2 10s to £6 15s 3 4-yeaT-olds £2 15s to £5 5sV
