A Greek Note to the Allies declares that by neutralising Constantinople, the Allies would be protecting instead of coercing Turkey, and depriving Greece of the means of imposing peace. The continuance of the present situation is encouraging the Turks to exterminate Christians, and a Greek occupation of Constantino]sie only means bringing ajxrat peace. Greece has made arangements for that purpose, and begs the Allies to give the army of occupation the necessary orders. General Harrington's declaration that he will forcibly oppose any move against Constantinople has caused a deep impression in Athens. (Renter). PARIS, July 30. .
