BY CABLE—PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHT Received July 29, 9.45 a.m. NEW YORK, July 28. An engineers' report states that -Brooklyn bridge has been weakened by shifting the cables owing to the unanticipated traffic strain of the last forty years. They have recommended that the bridge be replaced.
