THIRD GRADE,
Kaponga met Okaiawa at Okaiawa, and after a fairly close contest ended in a win for Kaponga by a margin of two points. For the winners Abbott scored a try, which he also converted. Castles scored a try for Okaiawa. Mr M. Lynskey refereed.
Waimate defeated Patea at Manaia on Saturday by .6 points to nil. T. Butler and Jackson scored tries for Waimate. Mr J. Christie was referee.
