APPOINTMENT OF MANAGER
(BY TELEGHAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.; HASTINGS, May b. Mr John Fraser confirms his reported i appointment as manager of the Meat . Pool Board. He was educated in the INapier Main School and Napier Boys' High School, and entered the employ-; " ment of Nelson Bros. Ltd., in 1892, and i graduated through the works and gen- - -eral offices at Tomoana, finally --occupying the position of superintendent of live stock department and .general assistant to Mr Wm. Nelson in the management of the works. On tho retirement of Mr William Nelson from ' ]Tomoana, Mr Fraser resigned his position with Nelson Bros., and became assistant to Mr William Richmond in his frozen meat business. He is well known to the fanning community of Hawke's Bay, and his'many friends will be pleas•<ed to hear of his appointment.
