BOWLING.
PIHAMA CLUB.

lhe annual general meeting of the above club was held on Saturday evening, when there was a good attendance of members. Mr F. W. Mason presided. *
The balance-sheet showed a credit of j £9 9s Id. The report congratulated the club on the increased membership, 11 new members having been elected, and on the successful season from a playing point of view. In banner games the club won five and lost three, and m the Taranaki Centre tournament gained second place. Reference was made to the loss the club sustained by the death of Messrs E. R. Madgwick and T, Duffy. The following officers were elected for the forthcoming season: President, Mr R. Lambie: vice-presidents, Messrs F. Julian and F. W. Mason; delegate to Centre, Mr W. Lambie; secretary and treasurer, Mr A. F. Neilson; selection committee, Messrs F. Julian, W. Lambie. and F. W. Mason; general committee, Messrs Cowan, D. Harrop, A. Stevenson, P. S. Riley, W. Lambie, Pohe Tito, and Campbell. R was decided to recommend to the other clubs of the Western Division the advisability of electing a small management committee to draw up fixtures, to arrange matters in connection "frith the local rink tournament for the Christie Shield, and to arrange representative games with the other divisions.
