CONFERENCE TO CONTINUE

Received April 19, 1.30 p.m. LONDON, April 18. The Australian Press Association's correspondent states that the Big JFive, also Poland, Czecho-Slovakia, Roujnania and Jugo-Slavia, have signed, a protest. The Dominion representatives -participated with the British in drafting a letter to the Germans.

Mr Lloyd George said that the grievance all felt was against Germany, not Hussia. Their view was that a strong -protest was necessary. The French accepted the latter with -enthusiasm. All commissions will work "to-morrow. The 'decision of the Powers •does not preclude the Germans sitting on the second, third and fourth commissions.
