A quiet .and pretty wedding was solemnised at Manaia on April 4, when Miss Hazel, fourth daughter of Mr. J,. J. Patterson, was united in the bonds or matrimony to Dr. Peter Errol Allison ot Waitara. The bride, who was given away by her father, was gowned in ivory charmeuse, and wore the usual veil and orange blossom. She was attended by Miss Rose Patterson as bridesmaid, and Mr. Churchill Tendall acted as best man. The Revs. Gray and Odell performed the ceremony. After the wedding ceremony a reception was held at the residence of the bride's parents, and afterwards the happy couple left for Auckland, where the honeymoon was to be spent.
