' The small steamer Alexander is due at New Plymouth on Saturday morningr froni Westport with 150 tons of bunkercoal for the Maindy Lodge. The Corinna was to leave Nelson lastevening for New Plymouth, where she? is due to-day with general cargo. The Kahika is set down to sail fromNew Plymouth for Wellington at 2 p.m. to-day with 7000 crates of cheesefor Homeward transhipment. The cargo steamer Wairuna arrivedat San Francisco at 6 p.m. on Wednesday last from Ocean Falls to completeloading for New Zealand and AustraliaNew Plymouth is included in the ports'of call. The Canadian Constructor arrived atBrisbane on April 12 cargo-laden from New York. The vessel proceeds next, to Dunedin, Wellington, New Plyniouthu and Auckland. She is due at Dunedin. at the beginning of May. -The Canadian Constructor will discharge at NewZealand ports, and loads for NewYork, Boston and Montreal. The Waiinana has sent a wireless* message stating that she will reachWellington on Sunday evening, 23rd. inst. Cable advice has been received stating that the Kaikoura arrived at Avonmouth on April 16 from Wellington.. The vessel left Wellington on Febru--ary 17. The Moeraki arrived at Wellingtpa-. on Monday from Sydney direct. Thevessel brought transhipments ex Hobson Bay, Changsha, Victoria, Tango> Maru, Wyreema, and Grulburn. The TJlimaroa, which left Auckland. on Thursday evening for Sydney with 155 saloon and 175 steerage passengers,, in addition to her mails and cargo, arrived at the New South Wales port on. Monday. The vessel, on her next trip,, will be despatched from Sydney on Saturday next for Wellington, where she> is expected to arrive on April 26. There will be no passenger steamer from Sydney to Auckland this week,, but the following week there will betwo, both due at the northern port on the same day. The R.M.S. Niagara is» to leave Sydney on Thursday for Vancouver, via Auckland, and should arrive at the latter port on the following; Monday.
