WASHINGTON, April 15. Senator Borah telegraphed the Federal District Attorney at New York: "Is tilere any possibility by which Seminoff can be held for the murder of American soldiers in Siberia ? The evidence seems very clear. ' A correspondent adds that the Senate committee subpoenaed Bakhmetieff, Czarist ambassador to* the United States, to testify. It is alleged Seminoff came to the United States at the invitation of Bakhmetieff, who assured the State Department that Seminofl; was not objectionable, and therefore he was admitted into the country.
