QUESTION OF EVACUATION,

PARIS, Mar. 25. A semi-official conference of the Allied Foreign Ministers asked the military experts to define the guarantees it was necessary to obtain from Turkey if the Dardanelles and Thrace were evacuated. It is believed the Allies will consent to evacuation if military control of the Straits from the European side is ensured.
