THE WEATHER
The Government Meteorologist telegraphed, that for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day the indications are for variable and 'strong breezes, Eut easterly moderate to strong prevailing and freshening. Expect dull weather with much mist and fog in parts. Bain probable. The barometer has a falling tendency. Seas rough; tides low.
