Although Donovan's horses were scratched for the Melbourne Cup yesterday, they have not so far been withdrawn from the Randwick spring meeting engagements, and tho belief is that they will not return to New Zenland until after ho Randwick meeting It has been pointed out that in the matter of bandages the stewards' action only places Donovan on a level with all other trainers.
