AUSTRIAN TROOPS MUTINY.

VIENNA, Sep. 14. An Austrian battalion at Bruck, which was ordered to cross the Hungarian frontier, refused. The com-mandant-called a conference of officers and men, and in the course of a heated-^discussion a spldier knocked down the company commander; The battalion disbanded after the commandant had resigned.
