HAWERA COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STRIKE GENERAL RATE. ."VTOTICE is hereby given (1) that in •^■V pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Counties Act, 1908," and "The Rating Act, 1908," and in particular by Sections 117 and 118 of "The Counties Act, 1908," it is the intention of this Council to make and levy on SATURDAY, the 3rd day of September, 1921, the following General Rates for the period commencing on the first"day of April, 1921, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1922, riz. : Hawera Riding (outlying district;, lid in the £.
