The All Russian Central Committee :at Moscow, instead of imprisoning con- ' victed social revolutionaries and Men- ■ shevikSj is sending them to cholera -stricken regions to work.. The evacuation committee has; commenced the' -systematic removal of 100,000 peasants j ifrqm the famine areas. Central Soviet are being sent to Poland, Latvia, and Lithuania. A Times message from London states ■ that Miss Florence Turner, the cinema star, who is visiting London, was found -bound and gagged at Hampstead. She -was robbed of £1000 * in jewels and vinoney. .
