"JpURSUANT to~Sed;ion 50 of "The I" Ra*inS^ Act, 1908," the Kaponga Town Board hereby gives notice of its mtention at a special meeting of the Jo^qo*o^ h6! d °n T^sday, August SO, 1921, to make rates as follows for the year ending March 31, 1922, such rates to be due and. payable on the oth day of September, 1921; and that the Valuation Roll is now open for inspection at the office of the Board. (1) A General Rate under Section 35 of "The Town Boards Act, 1908/' of one Penny halfpenny in the pound. (2) A General Rate, under Sections 317 and 124-of "The Counties Act, 1908," of one penny halfpenny in the pound. (3) A separate Lighting Rate under .
