SPLENDID NOMINATIONS

Splendid nominations have been received for the North Taranaki Hunt Club's annual meeting, which takes place at the New Plymouth Club's course on Saturday, September 3. Complete arrangements are well in hand for* the meeting, which promises to be the most successtul in the club's history. . In all 142 nominations have beeu received for the eight events. The Maiden Steeplechase and the Hunt Club Cup have drawn 10 and 9 respectively; and the Hunters' Hurdle Race has drawn 19; the Hunters' Flat Race a similar number, whilst the open race has drawn 19, and the hack races up to 27.
