The steamer Ngakuta completed dis. charging .'her cement cargo at New Plymouth and sailed for Greymouth at 11.10 a.m. yesterday. After putting out her cargo of 1200 tons from southern ports at New Plymouth, the Corinna took in a quantity of explosives yesterday and sailed tor Dunedin at 3.15 p.m. The- Durham is to leave Wellington on Saturday for New Plymouth for Homeward loading. The vessel should arrive there on Sunday. The Canadian Spinner is due at ,-' Wellington on Monday ityxt from Montreal and New York via Auckland, to discharge and to load general cargo for Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. The vessel will leave Wellington on the 19th inst. for the Australian ports. '• The Canadian Conqueror left Montreal on June 24 for Australian ports. J Auckland and Wellington. The vessel is due at Wellington about the middle , of October to discharge and to load . for New York and Montreal. The Canadian Importer was to leave , Vancouver on the 6th inst. for Aus- , iialian and New Zealand ports. She . is to be followed by the Canadian Scottish, to sail on August 30, the j Canadian Ranger, to sail late in Sep- , tember, and the Canadian Winner in October. The_ liner Ruahine is definitely' fixed : to sail from Wellington at noon on Thursday for Southampton and London, via Panama and ports. The Waitemata is to leave Calcutta at! the end of August for New Zealand ports, via Singapore and Townsville. - .. _ -
The Wairuiia arrived at Auckland at 7 p.m. on Monday. She is expected at Wellington about next Thursday.
At 2.10 p.m. on Monday- the Manuka arrived in the.sgtream at Wellington from Sydney direct. The cargo included 1904 cases of fruit for Wellington. 1128 cases of fruit for.Lyttelton, and transhipments ex Yaxra, Pruth, Eeikal Maru, Taiyuan, Eastern, Levuka, Omar, -Wakatipu, Westralia and Zealandia. The Manuka was timed to sail from Wellington at 3 p.m. yesterday on the return trip to Sydney. .
