Two models of the Studebaker are shown. The Light^Six, they loaintaiii, is as goodas any English car, the finish throughout being of the highest grade The car has flexible joints, in- , volving no oiling under the car. The engine has a Cover plate which, when removed shows all the valves and tappets- The car does 25 miles to the gallon, and is therefore very economical developing 40 h.p. The engine ! has a splendid cooling system, lending extra economy to the running of' the car. The cylinder heads are aluminium. The car is fitted . with the best cord tyres, and has particu-r larly nice lines, A patent automatically locks the' gears, making it safe from interference. All external mitt i and handles are nickelled. The coach work is 1 exceptionally neat and well finished- The hood does not crease, \ but rolls up into a pocket. The Large i Six is a luxurious car, 50 h-p., 6-cylir der, with a special wheel base of 119 inches, giving space for comfort and easy riding. Both cars have hotspot carburettor which improes the mileage and increases the power. All lighting is on the latest models, side as well as head, and a moveable swivel light. The representatives will be pleased to see anyone interested in a fine up-to-date well-finished car. The Studebaker Company are one of the largest in. America, having put out and sold 400,000 and employing 12,000 in their factories.
